- Your profile is visible only to authorized recruiters and hiring organizations using the Intrepo platform, based on your profile visibility settings and platform policies.
- Is my video profile publicly available on the internet?
- No. Intrepo is designed as a recruiter-candidate discovery platform, not a publicly searchable social-media video. Access and visibility are controlled according to the platform's settings and policies.
- Can I delete my profile?
- Candidates can manage their account and profile according to Intrepo's account and privacy policies. If you want your profile removed, you can contact Intrepo support for assistance.
- Is my personal information secure?
- Yes. We take data privacy seriously — candidate information and video profiles are protected using industry-standard security practices and are accessible only to authorized users.
- Does AI make the final hiring decision?
- No. The AI assessment is designed to support recruiter screening, not replace human decision-making. Recruiters use your video profile, experience, skills, and AI-generated insights to decide whether to move forward — the final hiring decision always remains with the recruiter or employer.
